Trust management

We offer support and advice to people who have problems managing their limited financial resources by using our trust account. In particular, we ensure that these funds are used for the intended purpose when securing essential living expenses, rent payments, energy supplies and other priority payment obligations via a trust account. At the request of those affected, support and referral to appropriate regular services is provided.

This is what is achieved with the escrow account:

• Securing daily living expenses through consensual money management
• Securing priority payment obligations for rent payments, energy supply, maintenance, etc.
• Advice on payment priorities and seizure protection
• Practising and motivating independent money management and stabilizing the financial situation
• Crisis intervention, for example in the event of an impending/acute power cut or impending loss of housing
• Motivation to make use of regular debt advice services
