The road guides

Who are the guides of the "Kieler Ankerplätze" social street tours? Here they briefly introduce themselves and give a brief insight into their main topics.

Ulli

Why are you a guide?

I enjoy showing people a different side of Kiel and sharing my story with them. I want to convey courage and hope.

Where do you focus your guided tours?

I focus on the topics of drug addiction, substitution and homelessness.

What do you want guests to take away with them?

The guests should be made aware that there is a story behind every human fate and that there can be a way out of every hopeless situation.

What is your keel for the future?

No more homelessness! More dialog between disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged people. Gaarden as an interesting center of attraction for a diverse life worth living.

Thomas

Why are you a guide?

I am a guide because I find a meaningful occupation here and can teach people something.

Where do you focus your guided tours?

Addiction

What do you want your guests to take away with them?

There are people who need help. This help must be made possible from the outside. Everyone needs an anchor.

What is your keel for the future?

Tolerant and with fewer drugs. Preferably none.

Hans Peter

Why are you a guide?

It is a matter close to my heart to bring people together. Those who live on the sunny side and those who do not or did not. I want to convey and give hope.

What do you focus on in your guided tours?

Addiction, dependency, faith

What do you want your guests to take away with them?

To approach other (disadvantaged) people in a more courageous and active way and perhaps also be motivated to get involved themselves, depending on the opportunity.

What is your Kiel of the future?

A clean city with hopeful and confident citizens.
